It all boils down to personal preference, Mate. I prefer smaller, petite women and feet. I prefer a 2nd toe with a nail at least as large as the 3rd and 4th toe. I will usually take 3 stars as my starting point for evaluation and then rate up or down, due to whatever reason/s. With CZ-J I picked my jaw up off the floor, started at 5 and dropped 1 due to the above PERSONAL preferences.

I prefer smaller women/feet as well. But at 5'7", CZ-J's size 9s are appropriate (though arguably at the limit). I also agree with your nail proportion point (that I didn't catch) and adjusted my rating. By the way, that is not a "personal preference" but an objective structural flaw. The second toe nail should be at least as large as the third and fourth toe. There are universal standards that supersede preference, including no cracks in the heels or fungus infected nails, and so on.
