I just found this on her Twitter (May 13, 2019) and she named it "Pre show / soundcheck" while you can see in the next photo she showed up in her closed shoes on stage later that day. So, unfortunately this wasn't a public barefoot performance which I was hoping it was because of the picture... :-/

I met her this week, and believe me, she's even prettier in real life than these pictures suggest… Those eyes… 😘 And I'm actually willing to say her perfect feet are just a beautiful addition to her overall beauty! 👌
