From a distance, especially in a full length view, such tats just look like big muddy smudges, hairy blobs etc. When I see that, it's not just my aesthetic evaluation suffers, but worse my opinion of their judgement and mental abilities suffers. It's just stupefying dumb. (okay I expect the usual pro-tat pushback soon, lol)

I disagree with every point made in your comment (although in a friendly way, knowing a lot of people share your opinion). I used to feel the same way about tattoos, but lately they’ve become something I really enjoy seeing women get on their feet. Take a beautiful foot and draw attention to it. There’s also something exciting about permanently changing that part of the body, in my mind. But I also have a hard time seeing how her feet could be described as some of the most beautiful in Hollywood (I’ll rate them “nice”). To me, they don’t have any remarkable features. They’re quite pedestrian (pun?). They don’t seem that special to me, but they are pretty.
