There are numerous instances of her saying she's a size 12. She may be a size 11 in that particular brand. She's also a larger woman so the size may fluctuate with her weight. Debbie Denmon is similar. She sometimes says her feet are a size 11, sometimes she says they're a size 12. A lot of women with feet that size get used to squeezing into an 11 because that's the biggest size that a lot of stores keep significant quantity of and at HSN they often don't have samples bigger than that for the hosts to fit into.
