they can't all be the way you (and I) may like them. "Work" can only do so much. It's just a style of foot. Not at all horrible, just not a style I find above average. But even average female feet can be acceptable since I like female feet in general so of course I'd not turn these down, even if she were poor and a complete unknown (with no direction home, lol). She cares for them quite well and has attractive legs.
