2018-03-22 07:57:49 Agreed, and I think a site policy needs to be enacted. Its implementation would be an algorithm similar to the old amazondotcom algorithm, to this effect: You get the right to a few down votes, but if you are casting lots of downvotes for a single poster, or too many downvotes, period, your downvotes no longer register or count in the total. Something needs to be done, because these troll's game is unduly coloring the site.
