The Toe Meat is eating one corner of her big toenail here... However, that process is not visible in other pics, or maybe it's one foot, or perhaps just temporary with the toe meat eventually defeated and the toe nail victorious. This is what I think, and this pic is likely the least flattering of many, and her feet look great in most pics.
