This movie is called "The Third Day" and it's based on an actual story during Iran & Iraq war. It was released in 2007, back when Islamic Republic's broadcasting system didn't allow the actresses to be seen Barefeet on screen. The actresses had to wear sucks or shoes, whenever they were on screen. The director of the movie, by making her feet dirty, lighting and camera angles, shows her feet as much as possible without facing censorship by IRIB. I think Tarantino would be proud.
