It means you have a preference so strong for an object or body part that you cannot function sexually without that being involved. I don't care if I *never* see another foot, and the absolutely don't have to be involved in sex in any way for me.

2014-08-12 00:14:15 I noticed that... even in that video clip, only a brief glimpse of her sitting on bed with open-toed shoes. I'll concede one point... being a barefoot boy is a lot cheaper than supporting a female foot fanatic's shoe fetish! This girl says she doesn't even *want* to know the monetary value of her 'collection' as it would upset her! You called it on the 'high-maintenance' but at least this one is self-supporting through her poker.
