If I'm not mistaken, I believe it was on Politically Incorrect where Carol Leifer said she once "caught some guy "looking" at her feet" and it made her uncomfortable or she found it creepy (Don't remember the exact word/words). Carol Leifer isn't hot, and barely funny, if at all. If someone was "looking" at her feet, it was either her type or a normal person freaking out.
