That's the default rating (5) some give almost every pair of feet. I don't think it always comes from blindness, just severe foot starvation has made people stark raving mad with foot hunger clouding all judgement. I personally don't think she's terrible. Nothing completely funky, if not ideal. They are female feet without a gross deformity so they get a positive grade, which is 3 stars from me. "Okay" is positive and most female feet are 3's and the better few are 4's.
