She used to hate foot fetishists, but eventually, if they know guys like their feet, girls turn around on it and start showing their feet on purpose for various reasons, regardless of what they said about it at first. I think it's usually due to them getting used to the foot comments so it doesn't bother them anymore, then natural enjoyment at feeling desired and an instinct to show off what they know guys like. Weirdly enough, the girls who hide their feet the most or have negative reactions to it often become the ones who are the most curious about it and end up showing them off the most. I guess because they are the most aware of men being attracted to them. There's a long list of girls that made this switch. Izabella Miko, Katie Austin, Fiona Fan, Sara Saffari, etc. But Hayley is honestly the best example. She totally hated foot guys, and now years later she has her feet prominently featured in her music videos and shows them off on social media in pics like that. In her case I think she got out of a bad relationship and wanted to show off for new guys. In this case, she was showing old clothes and things she'd found but didn't model anything else by actually putting it on. The "freaks get outta here bye" comment is probably either just force of habit, reflexively saying that while deliberately showing them off, or sarcastic. I would guess force of habit.
