2020-04-17 23:52:06 I suspect it's editors or just people with cameras, not professional photographers in MOST cases. If a body is cut off, it's usually mid chest on the torso. Normally one is taught not to cut off limbs on a shot. esp at the ends, as it looks weird. Editors and those that put things in sites, as well as just people smapping pics, might not think this way.

2020-08-27 01:05:44 Yeah, I, too, get frustrated at good pics where the feet are partially or completely just off frame. I do realize not every picture can include feet, and not every photographer is going to be concerned with it. Some day far in the future we can only hope all pictures are 3D holograms in 24K resolution that we can see all and zoom in on the entire subject!
