Ah, but to increase the lighting would ruin the contrast of the lovely wrinkled soles on the white rug. It would also increase the visibility of the thigh tattoo that, odds are, you didn't notice. The focus of THIS photo is not her face. You will likely find that elsewhere in the photoset. Perfect soles and cheeks, and your eye is drawn nowhere else. Magnifique.

@Viz- They should all be back, for now, except the so-called 'underage' one. If *she* herself, as the actual (de facto) copyright holder has an issue, then *she* herself can write the Admin for removal and possibly to have the gallery locked. Otherwise, they are *fine* and as @Feets said, in the Public Domain.

I think someone else reported the issue to the Admin to investigate. I can't restore them again; another GK will have to do it.

Do you have any documentation that these are stolen photos? They mostly seem like run of the mill social media pics.

Someone uploaded to this page mobile photos of Mrs.Eye without her permission. Mrs.Eye is the owner of the original copyright and they come from her mobile.These photos have nothing to do with her work in UFC and are not created as part of her job So I'm requesting you to take down these photos immediately because uploading them or being there is against the law Especially the photo with the boy's face must be reported for underaged and its a serious violation

@tryfonas12 If you are in contact with Jessica Eye or you are Jessica Eye herself, you could just request these pictures not to be on the website. However a picture of a boys face is not illegal, this is not a porn site. You have provided us no evidence on these being hacked/stolen, therefore people like me will not agree to the report as you are just claiming things that could be false.

When there have been legitimate concerns of theft of photos such as the "Fappening" incident, this site has been quick to remove them. If you have actual proof that this is the case simply provide it or contact the site administrator. Otherwise leave us all alone about it.

They are for sure not Instagram photos. I just surveyed her Instagram profile page and saw none of the foot selfies; only martial arts-related content.

Mrs.Eye has never give to wikifeet the permission to upload her mobile photos.How simple is that? Once these photos have been put into the public domain, particularly instagram, facebook, twitter, her ownership to the rights to them ceases. If she does not want them public then don't make them so.

"Public domain" being the key words in this argument!

This guy seems oblivious to the distinction set between public photos (photos that are readily and freely accessible to the general public) and photos which are LEAKED onto websites like "Fappening" and "Rektcelebs". Those are illegal and have been expelled from wikiFeet in the past. Instagram photos are free for the general public whether she or her lawyer fancies that fact or not. The uploader is not trespassing when he uploads her foot selfies from ANY *public* social media.

If there is any copyright infringement it would be instagram who would hold it, and to this point they have never asserted such rights about reusing "their" content.

@FoS, in U.S. law copyright of a photo belongs to the photographer. So Jessica would still hold the copyright to the feet 'selfies' that she took, even if she uploaded them to Instagram. As for the photos she didn't take, such as 1871391, she would hold no copyright on them. If Jessica wanted the photos taken off of this website she would need to file a DMCA complaint with the owner of the site (for the ones she holds the copyright to). He might be able to argue that the photos are a 'fair use', or other laws might apply in Israel. Complaining on a message board is surely not the right way to have the photos removed.

@tjacks- Agreed. She would have to file a complaint with the site administrator (Eli). To summarize this all, she is foolish if she believes she can submit her personal and private content on the interwebz with complete exemption from fan sites and celeb gossip websites. It is simply a reality that we all must live with in our current state of modern society. It is unrealistic to excpect other people to defend your privacy. You have to see to that and enforce that on your own (ie. Not posting photos of your feet on a social media site if you don't want anyone besides family to see them.)

It reminds me an issue lately happened at a wall (I don't remind which one is),when somebody removed all the pictures it contained.
