There actually might be a FOTY25 since @Creator has returned. Katja winning is unlikely. Jenna doesn't deserve to win since she still hasn't given us anything good, though I wouldn't be surprised if she did win. My pick would be Sydney Sweeney.

Following a poll I conducted the prevailing opinion within the guild was that Sydney Sweeney was the 2024 FOTY winner. I can’t see Jenna losing in an official contest this year but if Sydney were to win it would essentially be back to back titles for her, lol.

If anyone deserves to be an official FOTY winner it's the never disappointing Sydney Sweeney. If Jenna wins I'll say it was foreign interference, lol.

These are all from Evil, and the show was just niche enough that they could tease their fanbase, so likely a mix of Katja and the director/showrunner. There's even a scene where a woman (in a flirting way) asks to see Katja's bare foot "to see what it looks like" and she obliges.

Just perhaps it's the Directors decision instead? I'm not sure actresses freelance these things all the time... or the camera person and cinematographers follow the lead on close-ups on an impromptu or spontaneous basis... Anyway don't discount an element of planning and a team working together.

It’s a shame Evil is in its final season. I hope Netflix picks it up so it can keep going. I am looking forward to the next episode on Thursday after seeing this pic.

Interview: I have to ask about the scene where Kristen takes off her shoe for Isabella. I'm curious what you thought when you got the script and saw that this week on Evil, Kristen is showing a woman her foot. Herbers: I remember first reading it, and I took a picture of it because I just thought it was hilarious. I think it's funny. She likes danger, and she likes flirting, and the way that it happened, it was sort of intriguing to her. I liked the idea of putting my leg up on [the barre] like she was stretching, and showing her my foot like that. I thought it kind of one-upped her. So it just made for a fun, fun play. And I like doing it in front of the boys. I mean, they know what's going on with me already, the craziness and the unhinged behavior on my part. So it wasn't in the script that Kristen put her foot up on the barre? Herbers: No, that was not in the script. It was in the script that I take my shoe off. That was my offering.

Sure hope her shoe returns.

After careful study, I confirm that it doesn't come from Manhattan. In a way, it does, because it's a picture from a scene in the series, but it's not a screenshot, that shot is nowhere to be found. Which means that it's a photo taken by someone while that scene was being shot. Which means that there's probably no better version of the picture. Sigh.
