2016-02-09 03:09:48 @TMMurphy- You asked! Some people rate the feet based on their own opinions, preferences and tastes after a careful examination of several pictures, preferably barefoot or in flip-flops or sandals.
Then there are 'all the other' ways I've heard of in my tenure here: Votes based on overall looks, popularity, success of last movie or song, taste in shoes, taste in clothes, who they're dating or married to (this week), how they act in their public or private lives, their chosen profession, wild guesses, alcohol or drug-induced whims, and maybe worst of all... 'trolling' by voting down any celeb but their 'favorites' to keep those higher-rated. That's why I rate (using the *first* method listed above), and then don't pay much attention or even care what their 'overall' rating is. Because I know I'm always right! |

Many vote based on a feeling they would, themselves, be hard pressed to explain. So, yes, you're fine asking, but your responses will not contain any usable data. And I am not convinced it is a question with a legitimate basis.
And that's okay. Feel free to wonder. It would be a mistake to believe we are voting for the right reasons, while everyone else, or most people, are voting for the wrong reasons. (And this is not saying there is no difference in the quality of feet, no good and no bad, but rather that the reason for voting, other than voting to manipulate standings, perhaps, is personal and essentially unassailable.) Popularity may make feet feel a lot better to some voters/viewers. Talent may make feet appear hotter, just as genius, money, fitness, coolness will. A pretty face may pull up the rating of a foot. I don't have a problem with any of this, if we could prove it's why someone voted the way they did, because I can't swear to a certainty that my reasons for voting are any better. |

2018-07-27 09:02:38 Personally, I vote on the feet & Toes...but yes over-all appearance IS a factor. I wish The GUILD would include "sexy and cute" in the ratings, Because LeAnn's feet ARE SEXY!!! But back to your comment & pic, I've seen some Very Beautiful Ladies on Wikifeet that REALLY need some TLC...I don't vote only because I've been called ugly before and it's not right!

I fancy the pants off of Katie Holmes and Victoria Beckham but their feet aren't gorgeous. I find Katy Perry and Jennifer Anniston dull as dishwater and don't find their feet attractive...

2023-06-19 16:08:58 This thread started in January 2016, and here I am still looking for that 10 feet rating system. LeAnne is one of those in betweeners. I waffle between 4 and 5. Today it's a 4, but tomorrow....who knows. If we had a 10 feet rating system, I'd give her a 9 and be done......or maybe an eight.
