probably she wanted to be comfortable but didn't want to touch the couch where other people were sitting with her bare feet. I checked the beginning of the video frame by frame, but unfortunately the quality is horrible. What a shame.

I highly doubt she's disgusted by it, look how big her collection on here is lol. Plus she has literally filmed scenes where they're zoomed in on, no one who has a major issue would ever do that. My guess is it was either kind of chilly in that studio, she didn't want to put them on a dirty couch and/or she didn't want the comment section of this video flooded with talk about them considering the personal intense and real subject matter she was talking about.
