Please don't, at best a woman waves off the comment and is slightly weirded out. At worst, it's sexual harassment, especially when you're doing multiple times on any picture containing her feet. One of the fastest ways to creep out a woman is to give her compliments when she doesn't want them. The only thing you're going to accomplish is forcing her to hide her feet so that she'll stop getting your messages. Be respectful and appreciate them in silence, this extends to other body parts as well.
