SITE RULES STATE: ►When deciding whether or not to report a picture as "Poor Quality", keep in mind that sometimes a poor quality picture is better than no picture at all. That goes especially for galleries with very few pictures, or rare finds. This generally means to report almost *nothing* as PQ in an underpopulated gallery of less than about 50 pics. That being said, people *please* if you're going to post pics from social media, use the actual picture rather than a screenshot on a mobile phone. SM pics are already small enough, usually scaled to 640x640, unless you're clever enough to find the actual underlying photo source.
