If you read the screenplay for this movie, this scene goes way deeper than even what you see on-screen. Abernathy (the character) has been out all night with the rest of the girl's partying, she of course is laid all the way down asleep with an eye-mask on, he talks about Stuntman Mike staring at her bare feet and how pretty they are, and how she curls her toes after he tickles them. Afterward, she puts on a pair of closed toe boots that she obviously has been wearing for a long time. You can tell Tarantino reaaally indulged himself. Makes it even better.

Bit of a bump = but it's monster mistake to get too excited and think "bunion" from one pose, angle or pic. There is a joint there and it moves with positions. easier to see in some feet than others, but is no "bunion". Now if I see more pronounced and esp over and over in all positions, then it's a different story altogether
