There are a couple of people here who rate everyone's feet as ugly. From my experience the ratings always occur within the first day of opening a gallery, regardless of age, race, ethnicity or the aesthetics of their feet.

@feets of strength, I really appreciate your view, you seem a kind person. I just hope many more think the same like you do. After so many years with Wikifeet (2011) and contributing as much as I could, I started thinking that I have surrounded with racists. Thanks to you to justify. we all are here a with a mutual motive after all, admiring the beauty of feet.Right?

Agreed! It takes lots of efforts to find a feet picture specially an Indian celeb (really hard to get!), some people are so biased that they can't even think about it a bit. If I like someone's feet I immediately rank it (Beautiful/Nice) no matter black or white. If I don't like, I simply pass. I'm a foot lover not a foot hater!

Don't get me wrong I'm not blind to the fact the racial bias is involved in the rating system. I only sought to make you aware of the fact that one or two "ugly feet" ratings arrive within the first hours of every new gallery that is created here. It has become a joke between some of the uploaders how many minutes it will take for the first of these to arrive. Since I have very little interest in the rating system and find it reductive, objectifying and inadequate. I attempt to neutralize and counter the effect the 1 star vote with a 5 star vote to even the playing field somewhat. In that way I seek to let those who take the rating system seriously establish the rating free of knee jerk ugly ratings.
