All Disney/Nickelodeon stars can both sing and act. Some of her old pictures and movie covers are iconic...in fact I saw her "Freaky Friday" movie cover was replicated for another movie cover I believe that movie was called "Switched" or something...anyways at 15 she hit the same level of fame as Hillary Duff, Miley Cyrus, Nelly Furtado, Michelle Branch, etc...and she at least WAS beautiful.

She was a model, singer and actress at that time. And was doing well in all three. The media, press and certain family members kind of ruined her career and life. As in this photo she was once absolutely gorgeous from head to toe but sadly life has taken a drastic downward turn for her. Mostly her own doing but still feel sad for her. She's definitely not aging well for a woman of only 34. I don't know what the cause would be. Redheads have some odd genetic traits, and it could be a variety of skin conditions that we don't know about. Redheads also tend to not do well in the sun, and Lohan seems to spend a lot of time basking in that. She also seems to wear heals a lot whenever she's not at the beach, so even after a couple decades of that her feet are just physically mashed up. Mostly though, I'm leaning toward excessive sun damage being the overall cause of her aged appearance. Not trying to be a "Mean Guy" here, but this is the likely reality.

she used to be beautiful. I think similar to Britney and Christina she just tried too hard to be a "bad girl." The whole Marilyn Monroe thing she did is really stupid. I just wish she was more like Carly Rae Jepsen and Miranda Cosgrove. Like trying to stay an innocent and pretty Disney star and good role model. She tried to do too much and therefore burned out quickly. Many celebrities do this. The thing is you can be sexy and still be classy and innocent at the same time.
