I don't see a bunion. The angulation required of an actual bunion is not there. It's a joint on a long toed foot. That style of foot is more likely to progress to an actual bunion compared to a short wide "slab" foot with short toes. Basically, with the longer toe styles, more things can go really wrong (or right) with the shorter styles more stable.

Anyway, about a 20 degree or greater inward deviation at rest (not just some positions) and impingent onto the 2nd toe (not a huge gap) is a bunion, not just a long (here size 10, long toed) boney foot.
