A lot of guys here IMAGINE bunions, a few vocal ones actual like the deformity and hope, most don't but they see a joint and call it a bunion when it's NOT. -- A bunion requires a fairly severe angle coming off that joint - THIS here is an actual BUNION. Certainly not the worst ever, but it is one. It is a deformity. A bump or a prominent JOINT is no bunion. A slight inward curve isn't either but when its bent hard inward to like this or a bit less, like 20 degrees, it's a bunion.
