I think things are getting better. Lots of tootsies on commercials now. And the wonderful viewing of Yvonne Strahovsky's on Dexter season 8 and Amanda Righetti on the foot fetish episode last season of The Mentalist were incredibly delicious...especially in high definition.

Oh, that's so horribly frustrating! They always seem to pan/zoom only to/from the ankles, and on the rare occasions when you *could* have seen feet, it's cluttered up with station logos and screen crawls.

Long, skinny toes. Her left foot is better than her right. That's really something that they'd have her on a video for bare feet, and the stupid cameraman doesn't even zoom in on them. Typical camera aversion to feet.
