My wife is Japanese and searched her using a Japan site, Miyu's feet are 23 centimeters which is about a 6-6.5 in US and her height is 159 centimeters.

Her feet are 23 cm according to Japanese Idol movie site (you can't access it unless you have Japan IP address). Nearly all Japanese shoe companies have 23 cm listed as a 6, some as 6.5, there are a couple that have it as 7.5. I would go with the majority and say she's a 6-6.5; I don't think a 5'2" woman would have feet that big.
