2024-07-16 05:16:34 First of all. Another human being who passed away to early and had to suffer from "cancer".
But as this is a website dedicated to the feet of female celebrites first of all I want to say that I would rate her feet at least a solid 4. I like her toes but strangely the big toes look very different from the other ones and the big toe(s) in my opinion isn't attractive. Then let's talk about arches. Well, she is a good example about arches. - I have to say that I am a guy into (very) high arches and soles. In some pictures her arches look really very high. In others not. I witnessed this phenomenon quite often. So I tend to think that possibly her arches changed quite often or at one point? Or were they just very flexible? What do you think? I know it isn't a site here dedicated to ones own feet but I know from myself that arches can be trained throughout life. I had a girlfriend as a young man who did gymnastics professional (German national team on rythmic sports gymnastics, - no joke but I won't show it off at all usually as she was just the woman at my side and whom I loved back then. It didn't in fact matter to me at all, that she was a pro in sports.). I had the joy to see many training sessions of her and the other young women in her team and also had many private views on many of the girls feet as they all lived within one house which was a kind of "residential school" (not directly school, they all attended normal schools but at least 5 to 8 young women lived there in one house with one woman looking after them. They all had their own private room and this house, which was a quite old building and standing alone had a big flat roof which could be reached from a window of one of the girls room. So we hanged around there on the roof during summer of '95 with all the young women, me, my girlfriend, my then best friends André and Michel, who both had a girlfriend also of this "National team", living there and introduced me to Alexandra, my girlfriend. There were other attractive girls around and we all were between 16 and 20 years old. Often on this roof there were André and me or Michel and me and at least 5 and sometimes all of the girls. In Bikinis taking a sun bath. Of course barefoot. Alex and the others would always "do things" with their feet to train them even without thinking about it as they had been used to their sport since they were young children. And of course they all had very flexible bodies and also flexible feet. Alex had naturally high arches, too, but they all had very well trained arches and Alex, for example, would sit on zwo pillows when we were watching tv alone together in a splits pose as this was the most natural thing on earth. She also would do splits while standing when we were together in her rooms of 180 degrees. And it had been a very hot summer so she usually only wore very short pants while doing this. Of course always barefoot. I swear this summer holiday had been my peronal feet and girls heaven. Coming back to high arches and flexibility. Sorry for telling that old story. So I knew very well that especially people who seriously do gymnastics, ballet or certain styles of dancing train their arches regularly. And many of them have high arches regularly. The other way around many who do football, tennis, boxing (not generally, but not everyone is dancing like Ali, especially in the heavier weight classes) or other sports where you'd rather need to stand very stable often have flatter arches. Women as well as men if you'd ever seriously were/are interestend in this. Sadly I never have found serious articles or even studies on that topic. But I am sure that it is like I said. As a child and younger boy, even well into my teenage years I had very low arches. And I didn't like it. I even sometimes would be ashamed of it. But when I have started to seriously begin training my feet and especially my arches when I did a kind of all around fitness and muscle building training for years only by myself reading many books and watching many videos and just began to see and feel for myself (- not only when it came to feet arches, but to the body and soul as a unity.) I first started with arch trainig you would see often on the internet. But I didn't find it very effective. So I started walking barefoot whenever I could because I also had pain issues, not only with my feet but also with my back which grew stronger when I was around 28. I did much sports and thought about my nutrition and how to do my fitness training effectively to build up muscels to compensate for my physical pain. And it started to work. I always would take a look at the way I walked and moved generally. The way I stood from head to toes. By self-awareness grew, as well as my feet arches since I started to walk like a (hu)man should walk. I walked for around 10- to 15km a day back then and I also did a lot of work on my muscles. Since then: No problems with my back or with my feet and also normal foot arches. Just wanted to tell. Maybe this could be helpful for some of you who never have tried it. I know that this was a little out of topic now. |

2022-09-01 08:49:44 Remember in her first 1976 TV special, gossip columnist Rona Barrett was observing her singing a cute song in a spoof segment, and was magically changing her outfits throughout the song. When she finally gave her an outfit she finalised on, she liked the shoes but decided she'd look better with bare feet, so made her shoes disappear (which stayed off the remainder of the song!). Wasn't great content, but was nice that someone gave Olivia bare feet just because it looked best!

2022-08-10 16:44:36 Olivia had great feet, and she was insanely popular in late-70s and 80s. Kids today will never understand how famous she actually was. The name Olivia still remains the most popular baby name for girls. She could've easily kept her superstardom going well into the 90s and 2000s, but unfortunately she got diagnosed with cancer 30 years ago, and completely shifted all of her focus to cancer research and her foundation. We thank you Dame Olivia for the selfless decision to give up an incredible career, to dedicate all of your time, energy,
and resources into trying to find a cure, and the tremendous work, and strides you made. |
