Flat as a pancake

When the corns are visible from this far, we have a real problem on our hands. Her feet look totally flat from the sole-shots, and the soles are not particularly nice to see. I was going to ignore the first few shots of her when she was a bit heavier, thinking that the bloated look to her feet was because of her weight, but even when she's more svelte, the feet still look bloated. The big toes are also misshapen due to bad footwear.
