@AR - Forgot about that. As I said, *if* I have (and I think I have in the distant old-wall past), it wasn't the celeb who was underage, but some extraneous kiddo appearing in-frame, 'collateral damage' as it were. As @Hate says, he doesn't think that applies there. I'm sort of a purist - I don't really want *anyone* of *any* age other than the celeb in question (and maybe her similar-age GIRLfriends) in my photos.

@BIB It's right in the site guidelines. Uploading pictures of celebs wherein they're younger than 17 is not allowed. Please report such pictures as "Underage". Do not unreport such pictures, or you will get banned.

@ Angus...Yeah I can see how this pic would upset a bloak who goes by a different stroke, but the site guideline simply states "celebrities" under 17 years of age. Reporting this picture if you find it offensive is totally up to you and others who feel the same. I may be a little more lenient though. I can see blurring out the face and feet of the tot. Instead of underage, try using PQ. Not saying that is going to work any better. If the uploaders see them reported they have every right to unreport them.
